New Year and a Playful Palette
It's been a hot minute since I've done a palette challenge, so working on this took me a bit to figure out what I wanted to do with it. The only colors not directly from the color palette are Vaporwave's lines (palette colors + black to darken them)
Everything else is either directly from the palette, blended from the palette colors, or the palette colors with an effect layer selected. (ex: glow and multiply layers for Vaporwave's highlights and shadows)
