Arcade lookin dude, absolute chaos guy. Polybius is a mysterious being of unknown origin.
It can be safely said that they are a Nebulruff, but not much can be said beyond that.
They have mysterious arcade connections, and can often be found hanging around large collections of arcade machines.
Many people say they have suspicious intentions, but Polybius has not proven these rumors true.
Only those closest to them can get away with calling them Poly.
