Profile PHO-1186: Cross Gem

Notes on the design:
Alternate drawing is not a different form. It's just the traits being more active or more passive in the Phoeline. 
Floating limbs are not optional. When they are held together, they are still divided by clear lines. When limbs are held together, the phoeline has the anatomy of a munchkin cat. ie: Shorter than typical legs on a standard sized body.
Crystal Growths are represented with their claws being sapphires as well as the charms within the spacedust being garnet and sapphire.
The lightning trait flickers across the entire body, but is most likely going to be used as a visual aid to help tie the floating limbs back to the body in an eye catching manner.
