Welcome to the nebulruff pound! Here’s where users can donate their unwanted nebulruffs! Upon donating the a design, you are granted 1x limited edition potion and 200 star tokens per donation, However after being compensated you may not request the same individual back!
each user is allowed donate as many ruffs as they want, but is only allowed to adopt up to 1-2 ruffs a month from the pound, with a week cooldown in between!
Rules:
1.Please do not donate ruffs you cannot part with! If someone else adopts your ruff, we cannot return it back to you
2. Do not have other users get ruffs for you. Whether it’s because you reached your monthly limit, or are on cooldown. Breaking these rules will have you banned from the pound
3. Do not harass other users. If someone obtained a character you wanted, please do no stalk or harass them for it! doing This is not just a bannable offense for the pound but overall.
4. Please do not try to profit from the pound. Everyone here, is free. When you obtain a neburuff their worth is reset Regardless of images amounts, or high past worth. It will be updated on site, the ownership logs, and site logs. Please do not sell these unless you’ve added worth of your own since obtaining. Such as commissioned work, and personal art. Failure to follow this rule will have you banned from the pound!
