An eyedropper will change the eye color of your Nebulruff! 

(Note: Purchasing 1 eyedropper allows you to give your character the Heterochromia trait, 2 is necessary to change the color of both /all* eyes!)

*If your character has more than 2 eyes (ie multiple limbs trait), you only need 2 eyedroppers to change the color of all of them
